I earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan, I earned my J.D. at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, cum laude, and I earned my L.L.M. in taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. I have been practicing law in the South Puget Sound for more than a decade, focusing primarily on business and corporate law, estate planning and probate, and contracts and agreements. I help clients with the legal aspects of business ownership, and make the plans that allow them peace of mind and the ability to enjoy their lives, rather than dwelling on legal issues and problems that arise.
